Multiple orders placed on the same day will be ‌combined into one shipment‌, with excess shipping fees refunded.

‌Address changes‌ must be requested before dispatch. No modifications can be made afterward.

Due to product nature, ‌no returns/refunds‌ are accepted for non-quality issues after shipment.

Refunds for personal reasons during transit will deduct ‌actual logistics costs‌.

Handmade items may have minor imperfections (e.g., ≤4 tiny bubbles are normal).

Gradient variations/color blocks are noted in listings.

2. Usage Guide‌

  1. ‌Clean before/after use‌. Store dry in the included pouch; avoid stacking.
  2. Air-dry in shade; sunlight may fade colors or degrade silicone.
  3. ‌Choose size wisely‌: Refer to product dimensions. Larger ≠ better; never force adaptation.
  4. ‌Foreplay & water-based lube‌ are essential for comfort.
  5. ‌Safe for vaginal/anal/oral use‌ (follow hygiene practices).
  6. ‌Cleaning‌: Use toy cleaner, soap, or boiling water (stir constantly to avoid burns).
  7. ‌Leather items‌: Do not wash.

6.Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Wrong size/firmness/model/colors ordered by the customer (providing the listing details were accurate and/or custom toys were poured to spec)
  • Buyer’s Remorse
  • Items that are lost, stolen or damaged after receipt
  • items that are lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping carrier. Please reach out for help filing claims.

Returns will not be accepted on the following items:

  • Storage pouch, blind-box brand mascots, free items.

Removing an item from or tampering with the original packaging on the item voids our ability to discount/refund a purchase as it is impossible to tell if the damage was caused after the item was removed from the original packaging or not.

Returned items MAY be resold if they were returned in their original packaging with the heat seal intact. Anything that is being re-listed after being returned will be clearly noted in the listing description.

7.Toy not as expected? (Damaged, undisclosed flaws, etc)

Please inspect the toy thoroughly BEFORE OPENING THE BAG. If you discover any issue not documented at the time of sale, take clear and well lit photos and contact us immediately.

DO NOT REMOVE THE TOY FROM THE BAG UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.

We are unable to provide assistance unless you reach out within 7 days of receiving the item according to the tracking info.

Refunds/discounts may be possible on a case by case basis for manufacturing issues that were undocumented at the time of sale, and will be offered at our discretion.

Items must be returned to the shop or destroyed prior to receiving a full refund, except in the case of shipping errors on my part. (Please wait for instructions on what do to with the toy before deciding to just randomly chop it up. If you reach out with photos of a diced dildo asking for a refund, I’m going to refuse that request).

8.What is the firmness or shore rating of the silicone you use?

The silicone we use has a firmness of approximately 030 Shore A.

Depending on the size of the product or different parts within the same product, the actual firmness may vary slightly. Please note that this value is for reference only.

9.Why are some products showing as SOLD OUT?

In certain regions, local import regulations restrict the sale of adult products, which means we are unable to offer these items for delivery to those locations. If you have an alternative shipping address in a different region, you may try switching to that address to check availability. We appreciate your understanding and support.
